Loading the Bill Page Pay
The Bill Pay system requires third-party cookies to populate your profile. If you’re having trouble loading the page, you’ll need to update your browser settings to allow third-party cookies.
What are third-party cookies?
Third-party cookies are stored text created by a website other than the one you are currently visiting. In this case, the third-party website is our Bill Pay site (billpaysite.com).
How do you enable third-party cookies?
Enabling third-party cookies can be accomplished in your browser’s settings/preferences. The process for enabling these is slightly different depending on the browser and device that you are using to access Gulf Winds Digital Banking
Desktop/Laptop Computers
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the far top right, click the cutomize menu » Settings
- Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data
- Select one of the following options:
- Allow all cookies”
- Block third-party cookies in Incognito"
- Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking
Firefox
- On your computer, open Firefox
- At the top right, click the application menu button » Settings
- Under “Privacy & Security”, click the Standard radio button for Browser Privacy is selected.
- Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking
Edge
- On your computer, open Edge
- At the top right, click the menu button » Settings.
- Under “Cookies and site permissions”, click Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Toggle the switch for “Block third-party cookies” to the off position
- Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking
Safari
- On your computer, open Safari
- At the top left, select Safari
- Select Preferences
- Select Privacy
- Ensure that “Prevent cross-site tracking” is disabled (unchecked)
- Ensure that “Block all cookies” is disabled (unchecked)
- Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking
Mobile Devices
Chrome (Android)
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
- To the right of the address bar, tap More Settings
- Tap Site settings Cookies.
- Select one of the following options:
- “Allow all cookies”
- "Block third-party cookies in Incognito"
- Restart the app and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking
Safari (Mobile)
- On your device, open the Settings application
- Select Safari
- Navigate to Privacy & Security
- Ensure that “Prevent cross-site tracking” is disabled
- Ensure that “Block all cookies” is disabled
