Fee-Free Auto Pay
Easily set-up automatic payments from any account on a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly basis without a fee. Choose to automatically pay your full statement balance, the minimum payment or a fixed amount greater than minimum. Sign up online via our Digital Banking platform or at any branch; signature required.*
*A signature is not required if the automatic payment will be made from a Gulf Winds account.
Text Message Fraud Alerts
Members that use Gulf Winds Visa Credit Cards may receive text messages from us if we need to confirm account activity. How does it work?
Step 1 - Our fraud monitoring system will keep an eye on your transaction activity. If it sees something unusual, you'll get a text notification.
Step 2 - If the transaction is legitimate, simply reply YES to the text message to unlock your card so transactions can continue. If you did not make the transaction, reply NO. If the transaction is confirmed as fraud with a “NO” text reply, the card will be blocked immediately to prevent any additional fraudulent charges and we will respond with the next step necessary.
You are automatically enrolled in this free service when getting a Gulf Winds Credit Card, however, you can opt-out at any time. Please ensure that your phone number is correct and updated in our system to receive these notifications.
To report credit card fraud or dispute charges reach out to VISA's dedicated support line. Just call 1.866.791.6842 and select Option 4.
