Important Service Updates - Reopening after Hurricane Sally

All branches are now able to take appointments except for our Garden St. location in Pensacola. All of our branch drive-thrus and our Contact Center are open during regular business hours. We will continue to post updates here and on our facebook page. 

 

**Updated Sunday, September 20, 2:20 pm**

All branch drive-thrus and our Contact Center will be open during regular business hours starting Monday, September 21. We are not currently accepting appointments for lobby services, but we expect to start taking appointments next week. We will continue to post updates here and on our facebook page.

The storm has passed, but there is still a lot of hard work left as we recover together. We hope you are safe and well! We appreciate your patience as we work through technical difficulties. Please know we are doing everything we can to provide the service you need.

The following services are open on Saturday, September 19:

  • Contact Center from 8am-1pm CT.
  • Nine Mile Rd. branch in Pensacola drive-thru from 9am-1pm CT.
  • Atmore branch drive-thru from 9am-1pm CT.
  • Milton branch drive-thru from 9am-1pm CT.

We hope you are safe and well in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. Our systems are being restored and we have been able to reopen many services, as listed below:

• Our branches at Nine Mile Road and Garden St. in Pensacola as well as our branches in Brewton, Atmore, Monroeville, and Milton have reopened their drive-thrus. Our other Pensacola branches and our Gulf Breeze branch remain closed. We hope to soon open all of our branches as power is restored and storm damage is remediated.

• Our Contact Center has opened. They are experiencing a high call volume but are working hard to get to everyone's questions as quickly as possible.

• Our branches in Tallahassee remain open.

• ATMs are available as long as they have power. See our full network of ATMs at GoGulfWinds.com/ATMs

We hope you are safe and well in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. Unfortunately, the hurricane damaged critical infrastructure near our headquarters in Pensacola, which hindered our ability to provide full service and communications yesterday. Our systems are being restored and we have been able to reopen many services, as listed below:

• Our branches at Nine Mile Road in Pensacola as well as our branches in Brewton, Atmore, Monroeville, and Milton have reopened their drive-thrus. We are currently assessing the reopening of our Contact Center and branches in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Milton and Alabama for Thursday, September 17, due to Hurricane Sally.

Our branches in Tallahassee will maintain regular hours with limited service. You can access your accounts with Mobile & Online Banking. If using Mobile and Online Banking, please note that you are seeing a stand-in balance. Further updates will be provided here and at GoGulfWinds.com.

Our branches will be closed today in Pensacola, Alabama, and Milton. Our Contact Center is also closed.

If you are using Online and Mobile Banking, please note that you are seeing a stand-in balance. We will provide further updates as soon as possible.

Like many of you, we have been keeping a close eye on Hurricane Sally and the impact it will have on our members, team members and communities.

Gulf Winds branches in Pensacola and Milton will close at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14 and will remain closed Tuesday, September 15. Our branches in Alabama will also be closed Tuesday, September 15.  

Our Contact Center will be available at 800.650.6328. You can also access your accounts with Mobile & Online banking.

We encourage you to take some proactive steps in preparation for the storm:

  • Organize important documents and keep your credit and debit cards with you. Review FEMA’s Emergency Financial First Aid Kit for recommendations on being prepared.
