Loading the Bill Page Pay

The Bill Pay system requires third-party cookies to populate your profile. If you’re having trouble loading the page, you’ll need to update your browser settings to allow third-party cookies.

What are third-party cookies?

Third-party cookies are stored text created by a website other than the one you are currently visiting. In this case, the third-party website is our Bill Pay site (billpaysite.com).

How do you enable third-party cookies?

Enabling third-party cookies can be accomplished in your browser’s settings/preferences. The process for enabling these is slightly different depending on the browser and device that you are using to access Gulf Winds Digital Banking


Desktop/Laptop Computers

 Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome
  2. At the far top right, click the cutomize menu » Settings
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data
  4. Select one of the following options:
  5. Allow all cookies”
  6. Block third-party cookies in Incognito"
  7. Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking

 Firefox

  1. On your computer, open Firefox
  2. At the top right, click the application menu button » Settings
  3. Under “Privacy & Security”, click the Standard radio button for Browser Privacy is selected.
  4. Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking

 Edge

  1. On your computer, open Edge
  2. At the top right, click the menu button » Settings.
  3. Under “Cookies and site permissions”, click Manage and delete cookies and site data
  4. Toggle the switch for “Block third-party cookies” to the off position
  5. Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking

 Safari

  1. On your computer, open Safari
  2. At the top left, select Safari
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Select Privacy
  5. Ensure that “Prevent cross-site tracking” is disabled (unchecked)
  6. Ensure that “Block all cookies” is disabled (unchecked)
  7. Restart the browser and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking

Mobile Devices

 Chrome (Android)

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More Settings
  3. Tap Site settings Cookies.
  4. Select one of the following options:
    • “Allow all cookies”
    • "Block third-party cookies in Incognito"
  5. Restart the app and log back into Gulf Winds Digital Banking

 Safari (Mobile)

  1. On your device, open the Settings application
  2. Select Safari
  3. Navigate to Privacy & Security
  4. Ensure that “Prevent cross-site tracking” is disabled
  5. Ensure that “Block all cookies” is disabled
