Better Online Banking is coming. Are you ready?
Get ready! Our new online banking system will be launching soon and your current browser may not be compatible. Please update your browser to the current version.
Our new Online and Mobile Banking service will be launching on Monday, October 19. In order for a smooth transition we need you to make sure your contact information is up-to-date and that you have the most recent version of your web browser.
Don't get left out when the new system launches, following these simple steps will guarantee immediate access to all of the benefits new Online Banking has to offer. Use the checklist below to ensure you will be ready for better Online Banking.
When our new system launches and you log in for the first time, we will need to send you a Secure Access Code (SAC). This code will be sent to either an email address or phone number via text or phone call. You will choose from a list of contact information where to have the SAC sent. If the information we have on file for you is not current, you will not be able to receive your SAC or gain access to online banking.
Make sure your contact information is up-to-date. When the new system launches we will need your current email address and/or phone number to verify your identity so you can access your account. Contact information can be updated through your current online banking account. Log into your account today and go to the "Member Service" tab on the home screen to update your information.
Not currently using Online Banking? Call our Contact Center at 1-800-650-6328 to verify your contact information. You can reach our Contact Center Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CST.

Our new online banking system might not be available to you if you are using an old web browser. Make sure you are ready. Use the instructions below to confirm you are using the current version of your web browser.
Update Internet Explorer by downloading and installing it from Microsoft: Download Internet Explorer.
In the top right, click the Chrome menu.
Click Update Google Chrome.
The browser saves your opened tabs and windows and reopens them automatically when it restarts. If you'd prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will be applied.
Safari is included with OS X. To get the most recent version of Safari, install the most recent version of OS X from the Mac App Store.
To keep Safari updated for your version of OS X, install all available Safari and OS X updates.
On the menu bar click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox. The About Firefox window will open and Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically. When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart Firefox to Update.
Important: If the update didn't start, didn't complete or there was some other problem, please download and install the latest Firefox version from mozilla.org for your operating system and language.
Log into Online Banking. On the home screen click "Member Service" to access your user profile.
Once your email address has been updated you will automatically be navigated back to your user profile. Click on "Change Phone Numbers" to update your current phone number.
To verify your identity enter a phone number so we can text you a confirmation code or enter a phone number so we can call you with a confirmation code.
Once updated, you will be taken to a page that will inform you that all changes have been made successfully. Congratulations, you are now ready for better Online banking. We will keep you informed as we continue to update our online banking services. Thank you for being a Gulf Winds member.
