Night Depository

Our night depositories make it easy for you to bank with us outside of normal operating hours. You may make cash or check deposits using this service. You may also make payments on your loan or credit card. Envelopes are provided at each location for your convenience.

How to Make a Night Deposit

1. Visit our drop box located outside any of the following branches:

Pensacola Area

Tallahassee Area

Alabama Area

2. Fill out the front of the Night Drop Envelope provided and insert your deposit.

If you have a completed deposit slip you may include that in the Night Drop Envelope. If you are depositing a business transaction you may use zippered bags rather than night deposit envelopes. Please be sure to endorse all of your checks.

3. Open the exterior door to the drop box and place your envelope or bag inside.

All night deposits are retrieved every business day around 8:30 a.m. and will be processed that same day. Any night deposits made after 9:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day. You can use our online banking system or 24-hour telephone banking to verify when your deposit is credited to your account.

Deposits made in the night depositories are subject to review and may be subject to holds.  If we anticipate a delay in your fund’s availability, we will notify you.
