Property Taxes and Insurance Rate Changes 2021

The 2021 property tax payment season is rapidly approaching, and Gulf Winds wants you to be prepared for potential increases in your tax amount that could lead to escrow account shortages and/or payment increases for 2022. In the list below, you will find a link for your county tax assessors’ website so you can check your tax bill amount prior to receiving your bill in the mail.

We are also seeing widespread increases in insurance renewal rates as a result of Hurricane Sally and the active real estate markets in our areas. It is a good practice to reach out to your insurance agent prior to annual renewal to discuss any potential changes to your premium and possible options to create reductions to avoid shortages in your escrow account or increased monthly payments for 2022.

Select your state from the list below to find your county’s tax assessor. You can access their website by selecting your county name, or via phone by dialing the number beneath the link.
