ACH Payment Changes: New electronic payment processing regulations will take place on Friday, September 15th. Transactions that are processed through the ACH (Automated Clearing House) could post to your account on the same day the merchant initiates the payment. If you have questions regarding any scheduled, recurring or automatic payments you have with a merchant, you will need to contact them to ask if they will be submitting your payments as Same Day debits. This will not affect any payments set up with Gulf Winds’ Bill Pay Service.

How to buy a Gulf Winds Auto for Sale?

  1. Stop by and drive the vehicle you are interested in. Consider having the auto mechanically checked. We sell vehicles “as is” with no warranties.
  2. If you are interested in the auto, please ask for and submit a bid sheet. You can also download a bid sheet and email it to .
  3. Once your bid is received, it is reviewed and will be accepted, denied, or countered until an agreement can be reached. We reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
  4. Bids are accepted and considered on a first come, first served basis.
  5. Please consider financing your auto with Gulf Winds!
